Being a kid and teen is hard work. Not to mention the added stress of keeping up with social media, friends, bullies, after school activities, and tests and tests and tests.


Kids are under so much pressure and sometimes that presents in ways that need some extra attention and coping skill development: anxiety, depression, self-harm, isolation, sexual risk taking and experimental drug use.
